Return Period

Eligible Items

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Customized or used products (e.g., burned candles, worn jewelry) are not eligible for return.

Return Process

• Please contact us at support@pomecozy.com before returning any item.
• Once approved, ship the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
