    Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customized or used products cannot be returned.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

  • Are all items handmade?
    Yes. Each PomeCozy product is handmade, which means slight variations in color or design may occur. This makes every piece unique.
  • How should I care for my products?
    Keep them away from moisture and direct sunlight. For candles, trim the wick before each use for a clean burn.
